A few honest answers
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, whenever you like. Move up or down in your settings — we'll take care of the difference.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep everything you've saved through the end of your billing period, and you can take it all with you at any time — before, during, or after.
- Is there a way to try it first?
- The honest answer: the only way to know is to save one real story and feel what that's like. That's why every family gets our 14-day promise — begin, tell a story, and if it isn't right for you, we'll return every penny. Either way, the story you saved is yours to keep.
- How are payments handled?
- Securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- What if it isn't right for us?
